Jaz is a 24-year-old artist manager with 5 years of experience working with new, emerging and developing artists across Melbourne, Australia. Having developed her business JY Management Group whilst studying a Bachelor of Entertainment Management, Jaz has the knowledge of the in’s and out’s of the industry as well as the experience working with creatives across her career. Such knowledge and experience have led to Jaz’s work ethic thriving amongst her peers- developing music events business’, working tirelessly long hours networking, building her client’s careers, and pivoting her business towards online mentoring/teaching.

Her Export Plan for The Port Authority Music Export Academy focused on the growth and expansion of a digital platform she founded named RELEASR, which aims to centralize and automate the process of releasing music. Her goals for this platform included: increasing awareness through a digital marketing strategy, target managers, agents and artists, and engage in a music event with an installation. Jaz believes that RELEASR is well suited to the U.S. market because it is a consumer facing app that can be customized based on region and industry trends, to support the needs of musicians or creative artist businesses.
